Pete, is down to earth, professional, and provides accurate assessments during troubleshooting. Pete never tried to upsale during any of the service visits to our home. He quickly and accurately identified the issue with our A/C unit. Prior to leaving our home Pete did a work around which allowed us to have cool air over the weekend while we waited for the ordered part to arrive to fix our A/C.

Found plenum disconnected from coil reconnected plenum back to coil and sealed
Found bad zone damper for upstairs homeowner did not want to replace
Ductwork estimate wants to add 12x6x7 duck and bedroom and in living area and add a 12x12 return air and hallway
System was roughly 1lbs low on r410a, capacitor was also out of range in the condenser unit.
24 volts has brake in the line tired 24 volts together inside and outside and ran a ground from the contactor to the unit unit is currently working checked operations all good
Retaped blower door I forgot to retape it last time I was here blower sucking warm air mixing with cold air created moisture on the bottom of the furnace
